Chilli Garlic Chutney

Chilli garlic chutney is an easiest and raw chutney / dip which does not involve any cooking. Its instant and tastes delicious with hot steamed idlis. This is a perfect one for those who love spiciness. This dip also goes well with Savoury paniyaram, onion bajji, momos, pakoras..



Garlic – 4 to 5 bulbs

Red chilli – 3 nos

Salt – to taste


  1. Remove the garlic cloves from the bulbs and peel the skin.
  2. In a mortar pestle or mixer grinder, grind together the garlic cloves, redchilli and required salt.
  3. Now the Garlic chilli chutney is ready.
