Garlic – 4 to 5 bulbs
Red chilli – 3 nos
Salt – to taste
- Remove the garlic cloves from the bulbs and peel the skin.
- In a mortar pestle or mixer grinder, grind together the garlic cloves, redchilli and required salt.
- Now the Garlic chilli chutney is ready.
